This Refund Policy explains the current payment and refund position for FixBuddy.

Customer enquiry submissions

FixBuddy does not currently charge customers to submit an enquiry through the website. Because no customer payment is taken for the enquiry form, there is no customer refund to process for submitting an enquiry.

Provider or future paid services

If FixBuddy introduces paid provider plans, advertising, featured listings or other paid services in the future, the payment and refund terms will be provided before payment is accepted.

Billing questions

If you believe you have been charged by mistake or have a payment question, contact FixBuddy with the relevant details.
