Customer enquiries

Customers should submit genuine, accurate job details so the enquiry can be reviewed and routed appropriately.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee tradie availability, immediate attendance, fixed pricing or job acceptance.

Independent tradies

Tradies are independent businesses or sole traders. Any quote, booking, site visit, payment terms and work agreement are arranged directly between the customer and tradie.

Safety and emergencies

FixBuddy is not an emergency dispatch service. For emergencies, urgent hazards or safety risks, contact emergency services or a licensed tradie directly.

Website misuse

Do not submit false information, spam, malicious files, unauthorised requests or attempts to interfere with website security.
